Every home runs automated checks before it goes live: the address has to resolve, the price has to be sane, duplicates get caught and an EPC has to be declared. A home listed by an owner is then read by a person before anyone sees it. Agencies give us a company number and redress-scheme membership, and we check both before they can list at all, so their listings publish straight from their own systems. Identity checks on individual owners are coming, and we will not claim them until they ship.
