What we collect
Your account details (email, and a display name and phone if you add them), the listings you create, homes and searches you save, and the messages you send through Bybricks. We record basic technical data to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To run the platform: showing listings, letting you save and search, connecting buyers and sellers through in-platform messaging, and verifying the people who list. We do not sell your personal data.
Verification
When you list a home we carry out identity and ownership checks. These may involve trusted verification providers and public registers (Land Registry, Companies House). We keep the result, not the raw documents beyond what the check requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and object to certain processing. Contact us and we’ll help. UK GDPR applies.
