How your listing’s quality score helps it sell faster

Every Bybricks listing gets a quality score out of 100 that updates live as you build it. It’s not decoration — it’s a distillation of what actually makes a listing perform.

Photos carry the most weight, because they carry the most weight with buyers. A listing with eight good photos gets dramatically more interest than one with two. After that comes a real description, the core facts, and the material information — tenure, council tax band, EPC — that serious buyers look for before they enquire.

The score does two things. It tells you, at a glance, what to add next to make your listing stronger. And a high score signals to buyers that the listing is thorough and trustworthy, which means better-quality enquiries and fewer time-wasters.

Aim for 80+. You’ll usually get there in a single sitting, and your listing will stand out for it.
