Using Bybricks
Browsing is open to everyone. To save homes, message sellers, or list a property you need an account. Keep your login secure and give us accurate information.
Listing a home
Only list a property you’re entitled to sell or let. You must pass our verification, keep your listing truthful and up to date, and follow the law (including material-information rules). We may reject, suspend, or remove listings that break these terms.
Discovery, not transactions
Bybricks is a place to discover homes and make contact. We don’t handle offers, negotiations, payments, or the transaction itself. Do your own due diligence before committing to anything.
Messaging conduct
Messages run through Bybricks so there’s a record and no spam. No harassment, fraud, or off-platform solicitation. We may act on reports and remove accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty
We work hard to verify listings but can’t guarantee every detail. Listings are provided by their owners or agents. Bybricks is provided “as is” while in early access.
